 We finished filming our film. It did take us a while to figure out a meeting time but we did get to it. This time, filming was easier and much quicker. I was not even an actor in this part of filming so it was especially easy. All we had to do was record a few shots. Again, we met at Zane’s house. I got there first, then Elena, then Jason. We began by getting Jason and Zane in costume. They also got themselves into character. Filming this part was very climactic as it was the second half of the film. As we all know there is almost always a twist towards the end of a great film. We arrived in the afternoon and finished a few hours later. Not bad at all. Although I wish it could have gone by faster we made good time. I even found myself having fun. With our group, after all, it’s hard not to. We filmed the remaining shots. Afterwards, we felt good about our film. We knew we had something great. We all went home and prepared to edit and finish our project and film.

  Scene 1: Sum of us are hanging out at the park in a sad mood. The energy is low and no one is really talking or saying anything to each other. Scene 2: One of us walks into the frame blasting the song “Happy” by Pharrell Williams on a speaker/boom box. At first we are all questioning him but after listening to the music we all get up and start feeling ourselves. Scene 3: The friend holding the speaker playing the music does a hand wave indicating for the others to follow him. So they do and as they do they do it in a dancing manor. Scene 4: All the friends are walking throughout the park with more energy, the sun is brighter, the sky is more blue, and there is more activity going on. Overall the entire mood shifts to a happier one. Scene 5: Next shot will be taken in Downtown Hollywood of the friends walking by people and giving off their “happy” and good energy to everyone around them.  Scene 6: An abrupt transition of downtown to the beach will be made.  I have great news! We finally filmed. My group finally pulled it together. I have to say... it feels great. My group met at Pine Island Park as planned. This happened on Friday. Although it was scorching hot, we got it done. We even brought our extra friend. His name is Anthony and he helped to the best of his ability. We all arrived at around 10 in the morning. We began by warming up. If we were going to film soccer, we couldn't get injured. After this, we began filming. Using the tripod and iPhone, it was an easy success. After a couple hours we were feeling the heat. We wrapped it up and headed to Chipotle to eat. I was fasting so I had to watch them eat in front of me. I wasn't alone though. Jhon gave up meat for Lent so he didn't eat either. Although the process of filming was difficult, we are proud of what we captured and we look forward to editing it soon.
