Name: Zeyn El-Ali Creative Critical Reflection  1. How does your product use or challenge conventions AND how does it represent social groups or issues? My product challenges conventions by showing that sadness can be solved almost immediately. This is done by displaying sad people who are instantly cheered up by the song played. It represents the social group of people who struggle with depression and represents the issue of depression. 2. How does your product engage with audiences AND how would it be distributed as a real media text? My product engages with audiences by bringing a cheerful and positive mood into the viewers' lives. It would be distributed as a real media text in commercials which could be displayed on television streaming platforms, website ads, etc. 3. How did your production skills develop throughout this project? My production skills developed exponentially throughout this project. Not only did I gain even more experience acting in different forms of media, I

 After multiple days of planning, filming, and editing the music video is officially done. We were satisfied with the way the project came out. It fit perfectly with how we imagined it to come out. There were somethings we could have improved on but, overall the video came out very well. It was an amazing experience to film such a video and we would definitely do it again!

 Continuing from my last blog, my group has been unable to film. This is for a multitude of reasons. Jason was sick last week. He has also had to go to the gym multiple days this week. Sam had family problems which took up most of his days. This made it impossible to film with both of them. Also, Jhon had soccer practices and games. These made him unavailable as well. Lastly, I was unable to film due to time being spent with family or at work. This week I have been busy Christmas shopping and decorating my Christmas tree with my family. I have also had work multiple days this week. This took up the entirety of my week and made me unavailable as well. At first, we planned to only film on Saturday. We planned to drive to different places throughout the day to finish our film. Today however, we theorized filming after school. Jason, Sam and I planned to get off of our bus at the same stop and film together to make some progress before Saturday. However, we scrapped this plan last minute a

   Continuing from my last blog, my group has been unable to film. This is for a multitude of reasons. First, Jason got sick last week. We are not sure what he was sick with but unfortunately, he was unable to help us. Also, Jason went out of town on December 9th and got back on the 11th at night. On Monday, he was also busy going to the gym and today, he had another workout. This made it completely impossible to film with Jason. Also, Sam decided to work out with Jason. We wished them good luck and left them be. This also made it impossible to film with Sam. Jhon was busy with soccer practice at school. He then had to arrive at his club soccer practice. This took up the majority of his day. This also made it impossible to meet with Jhon. This left only me to film. However, because I had a shift at work. Along with school, this took up my entire day. This left no one in our group able to film the music video. We plan to film together on Saturday, December 17. We will film efficiently a

Also, Sam still hadn't talked to us about his family business but he remained unavailable. We wished him good luck and gave him his privacy. This also made it impossible to film with Sam. Jhon was busy with soccer practice at school. He then had to arrive at his club soccer practice. This took up the majority of his day. This also made it impossible to meet with Jhon. This left only me to film. However, I was busy decorating my Christmas tree with my family. We all spent time together and put ornaments on our tree. This left no one in our g
